Galbraith's provides a comprehensive package of shipbroking services through three principal departments: Dry Cargo, Tanker Chartering and Sale & Purchase. These departments are backed-up by specialist marine sections such as Consultancy, Valuation, Demolition, Newbuilding and Post Fixture.
Since 1995 Galbraith's has been approved by BVQI in respect of its Quality Management System for the provision of ship broking services now in accordance with the new Quality Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Galbraith's is wholly owned by its employees and directors.
Galbraith’s Chairman is Charles Fowle, effective from 18th May, 2010. The company was founded in 1847.
